This 2 days course on Interpersonal Skills will give delegates the knowledge and skills necessary to develop effective communications skills that build positive interactions with others.
This course deals with all aspects of communication in a diverse environment. It shows how to deal with those behaviours in ourselves and others. Developing strong interpersonal skills ranks as one of the biggest – and most critical in a productive business environment.
